The reason for the investment is that this company will acquire development rights at a very special and beautiful location by the sea, which is owned by the city, and can only be acquired using the “Urban Railway Development Law”. Therefore this law gives us certain rights, and based on the official Memorandum of Understanding, signed by us and the Mayor of Busan on Jan 10 2010, We have exclusive rights to go ahead with the project.
